6 Ingredient Salsa

I love salsa! I love that it tastes like summer, can be an appetizer or part of the main dish, and I love that everyone has their own recipe for it, so it always tastes different!

This recipe from Tasha Medve @purposefulyou  is quick to make, and so delicious! Let me know in the comments if you try this and love it too!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of tomatoes (2 medium tomatoes)

1/2 cup of onion (1 medium onion)

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

1/3 cup of chopped JALAPEÑOS

1/2 lime

2 tsp salt

You can adjust these amounts to suit your taste buds. ex. less garlic, more JALAPEÑO seeds, etc.

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Finely chop tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalapenos, and onion

2. Add all chopped ingredients to a bowl, then squeeze the half lime over top

3. Add salt

4. Serve on tortilla chips, add to tacos, or have on your morning eggs!
