Shipping policy

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

We do our best to send out Ready-To-Ship items within 2 to 7 business days. Made-To-Order items are processed within 1 to 2 weeks.

Turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received. 

If you require your order sooner, please reach out and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

Rudie Jo offers a flat tracked shipping rate of $12 and free tracked shipping on orders over $150 with code FREESHIP. 

Please note that Rudie Jo is not responsible for any extra fees that may be collected upon delivery. This includes taxes, tariffs, and duty fees that are charged beyond our control.

Orders are shipped with FedEx, Purolator, UPS, ICS, GLS, Canpar and DHL. Occasionally Canada Post when only a PO Box is provided. 

Is local pick up available? 

If you are local to Spencerville, Ontario, and want to pick up your order, please enter code PICKUP at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We only offer shipping within Canada and the United States at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rudiejo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rudiejo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. See our refund policy for more information.
