Easy Bagels

An easy bagel recipe you can use all year round! I use this as a base, and make it whatever I need it to be that day (bagels, buns, garlic twists...) And did I mention that it's EASY?! This is a favourite go-to in our family, and I'm sure once you try it once, it will be one for you too! 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp kosher salt

1 cup plain greek yogurt

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix ingredients together, and shape how you wish!

Top with seeds of your choice! *I love everything bagel seasoning

Bake at 375 for approximately 18minutes

 

This recipe makes 4 bagels; I usually triple the recipe!

 

ALTERNATIVES:

Can be made into flat buns for hamburgers / breakfast sandwiches or twisted into garlic knots by adding some garlic salt on top!
