These scones are so easy to make and they’re delicious! Perfect to pair with hot soup on a cold winter’s day, and is a thoughtful one to drop off to a neighbour! (You know what they say- never return an empty dish!)

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup aged chedder cheese
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¾ cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together
Divide dough into 6 pieces
Place on baking sheet
Lightly press to flatten
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 min.
