Ingredients:

1 lb butter

1 ¼ cups icing sugar

Sprinkles of your choice (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip butter and sugar for 10 minutes with an electric beater.
  2. Combine flour and cornstarch in a separate bowl. Once mixed, slowly blend the flour and cornstarch into the whipped butter/sugar mixture.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 275 degrees for 23 minutes.
  6. Add decorations of your choice (we love sprinkles!) and then store in a covered container when cooled.
  7. Enjoy!

These cookies are sure to be loved by anyone you share them with.
